Brick & Mortar Website
Expanding on what I learned from my first class, this project was to build a regular brick & mortar local business website.
Requirements were to increase phone calls to the business, attract new foot traffic into the store, and be involved in the community around them.
Focusing on what the business had to offer and teach. Highlighting the bike maintenance classes held to teach bike maintenance, and provide weekend ride events on local trails around the area. Applying instore discounts and offers to the website to attract foot traffic.

Website Design
Using the knowledge that I gained from the last class, I pushed forward with designing a new logo, creating website comps in photoshop of each page that was going to be coded. Producing all we content to be displayed. My focus was on a mountain bike shop experience.
I was still learning here. Trying new things. Some worked some didn’t but it adding to my knowledge of what to do and what not to do. Also to think about the choices I made and how that affected my design. I wasn’t thinking about how I was going to code the design when I designed it. Something I learned more about in the following months.
